South Pointe in Rock Hill. They beat one of Greenville

High’s best teams in a long time by 10 in the Upstate Final. Could have been worse. They then destroy Beaufort for the state. Forget about their “bagman” delivering players to Spurrier, but what is it with South Pointe? Kendrick, Clowney, Gilmore, etc. played there.

It is not just South Point, Rock Hill High and Northwestern both have sent a lot of players to the pros. A few years back RH had about 10 guys in the NFL . Just seemed like there was more interest from SC to take them but a couple to NC State, Mason Rudolf to Oklahoma State ,etc. johnathan Meeks at Clemson was also from RH High
