Who the heck owns all the PVC piping? Should have been under lock and key with barbwire and/or dogs. Folks are going to need to adapt and overcome. What a mess!

You should look under the 183 bridge (Pete Hollis blvd) a few miles above downtown Greenville. They call it tent city. On one side of the creek the city put up chain link fence to block it off from people but they just moved to the other side. In the winter time they keep a fire going under there. It's quite sad to be honest.

I like this little gem contained in the article:

"All businesses surrounding the site were closed, including Tower Liquors, several popular adult entertainment clubs, shops and restaurants."

So if you want your alcohol and strippers, you will have to go to another part of town.

Side note:
Modern technology is a marvelous thing. Enter a driving direction request into google maps that would normally take you through the heart of Atlanta and it already redirects you to the I-285 by-pass.
