I think Gipson will eventually be a stud, but I just can't see it this year with that big brace on his leg from his ACL recovery. Hampton's just physically built different from all the other corners in the room. I won't be surprise if he's starts day 1 vs UGA.

Is Lukas hurt? I saw a video of him making an interception at I assumed was a recent practice. If Lewis is a no go come Aug 31 I fully expect to see Hampton, Gibson and Feagen to get serious playing time. It makes me wonder if these true freshman have passed the red shirted freshman Oliver and Strozier.

Oliver is hurt at the moment if I recall, seems like he has been since he’s been here.

I’m pretty sure I read Oliver has a knee injury. Will probably be out the whole year.

Oliver started 2023 with a shoulder and ended 2023 with a ACL.

"Maybe he has one of those Amari Rodgers turnarounds and is back before you know it"! But, he tore the ACL "last year"! So, this isn't a new injury he is recovering from. We have a chance of seeing him this year, if his timeframe is like other players.

Ashton Hampton seems like a mature for his years kid who is about his business. I think that makes him "good dangerous" for us.

"You don't know what you don't know"! If this kid is already as good as what I saw on video; we are in pretty good hands.

I'm more worried about after him TBH.
