Yesterday, kids in the pool swimming. A rain shower comes up and the kids run for cover. No thunder or lightening. Never understood that.

A group of us were on Hartwell this weekend floating , swimming behind our beached boat . Started to rain some and half of them did the same thing and tried to seek shelter . Once I explained we were already wet ?? they thought about it and came back it .

Me personally, I love swimming in the pool when it it raining, its pretty cool. Like you said why get out, you are already wet.

Entirely situational

My southern instinct would say get out if rain starts falling just because pop up thunderstorms are a thing round here.

Of course, if I don't hear any thunder rumbling I'd probably stay in.
