But is there anyone who opted to get their tickets emailed Who have NOT received their parking pass yet? I got my tickets on 8/10, but nothing in regards to parking pass. I haven't even been emailed the tracking number for it yet.
Anyone else out there in the same boat? I dread having to call the IPTAY office and stay on hold for an hour if that is necessary..

Yep ...... exact same scenario here. Really ticked off because I sold my tickets with a parking pass ( going to be out of country) and now having to refund some of the money.

I was getting concerned about the parking pass because as of 8/20 I had not received my email tickets. Called and they walked me through the online reissue. Still no parking pass so I called IPTAY today(Wednesday) and the 2nd ring someone answered. Can you believe it? I was told I would receive the passes on Thursday.
