basketball fan. Lucy will always come up with new and inventive ways to yank that ball away at the last possible instant before Charlie Brownell can kick it.

No more gut wrenching way available to lose a basketball game than what we did tonight. That last shot was way too easy, and was pure from the instant their dude let it go. And the light comes on to end the game just as it is getting to the hoop.

Microcosm of this whole season, sadly.

This is why I had to quit watching 6 or so years ago. Couldn’t put myself through it anymore. Just hurts too much. I follow games by checking posts on t net. Maybe watched 20 mins all season. Hate it for the kids but glad I didn’t see it. Wouldn’t be able to sleep.

Agree 76. But what I ask without orange glasses is this. Why'd it take us being 12-16 to get off the mat and play with that grit so often used.

Games we should have won in Dec, was lackluster effort and firing 3's with 15 point leads and then killing the momentum trying to play slow. It's easy to get caught up with hype of the last 6 games etc, but when you look at the entire body of work, it's not good. Just mediocre.

Brown-L has no offensive plan, and it showed again tonight.

And also, for someone that is supposedly a good 3 point shooter, Hemenway was useless tonight. It was only by sheer force of will from an injured PJ Hall that we came back and even got that game into overtime.
