Didn’t say I lost my love for Clemson or all of the things it brings to me including family, memories and some of the most fun I can have. I just meant it’s changing for the worst. If your response is “bye” maybe you’re not as invested as I was and you’re a casual fan?

I think he was saying “bye” because when I decided I didn’t care as much about fishing I didn’t call everyone up and tell them or post it on a forum, I just went and did something else.

“Morals”, ha! I was minding my own business by the pool yesterday and this old fat guy starts talking to me. I was polite since my girlfriend knows his wife, With no provocation whatsoever, he starts spouting off hatred for every group of people that’s not fat old and white. Then predictably starts bashing “liberal loonies” , even though my mother and girlfriend are the biggest liberals on the planet. I didn’t know hatred was a “moral”. This miserable old man was nothing but a sad bowl of hate. I just ignored him and went back to my book.

No he was a fat guy. Like 300 pounds and 5 foot nine. Facts are facts. People like him are what’s wrong with this world, they go around spreading hatred and think everyone else wants to hear their poisonous opinions. Completely understand and I feel the same way. I played a college sport and coached for a time and I’m really losing interest. It’s certainly no longer an amateur level.

Me too, I still love it, just not as much and it keeps diminishing. It feels kind of weird cause I've always loved college football. I just feel that OU and UT to the SEC is bad overall for college football because certain parts of the country will lose interest and be disenagaged. The best teams need to be spread around the country to keep up interest, not concentrated in the SEC.

I would have worded the opening post differently. I would have simply expressed what I didn't like. Many of us don't like paying the players, etc. but that doesn't mean we don't like college football or would think of giving up. IMHO.
