I tried those directions and wound up at Willie Brice Stadium. Must have got one one of the turns wrong. Oh well it smelled like fish anyway. Go Tigers

results, I would never even have need to ask that foolish question. I have two answers, though. One for not so friendlies, and one for everyone else. The everyone else won't be happy, but they can't say you didn't tell them the truth.
First: An operator at my first chemical plant would answer "Where is your favorite fishing spot?" with:
"If it was up your a$$ on a pogo stick, you'd know, wouldn't you?"
You can answer everyone else truthfully with:
"It's a ways out from after I put my boat in the water, IN the water."
And don't forget to smile, whichever reply you pull out. You are welcome.

The answer is close to the shore by the tree stumps unless it’s at night then it’s on the bottom in the middle. I chose my bait by the mood they are in at different times of the day unless the water is muddy.

Just an aside comment. Many years ago I was a casual fisherman. My brother owned a tackle store here in Central Florida. Made it very easy for me to go fishing. Dad had a 16 foot pontoon boat. So, I fished - bass, pan fish, specks (y'all probably call them crappie). Never serious. Never fished in even local tournaments.
Brother sold the tackle store. I may fish twice a year now, or less.
But, I have gotten hooked on Major League Fishing. Love the format. Love watching the live streaming tournaments they have on their website. (One starts this Friday.)
Ott Defoe, Edwin Evers and Jacob Wheeler are my favorites. They all have fun youtube channels that I look at ever so often. I got hooked when my brother sent me the YouTube link to Evers $300,000 honey hole when he won the inaugural Redcrest. (That like the Daytona 500, the Masters, and the Super Bowl of fishing.)
Anybody else follow MLF?
