Just don’t understand

How any high school player or their family would want to play for any other program than Clemson after speaking with Dabo. He has a truly grounded perspective and is ALWAYS positive. It’s been said here many times but we are blessed to have him.
But like he said we recruit players and families that value what we value. It’s just hard to believe that some don’t value those things. Probably the NIL money is a factor but money gets spent and is gone what Dabo and company are selling will serve these young men well LONG after.

You seem to be suggesting players who choose some place other than Clemson lack values. You think it's possible some players (and their families) can have similar values to Dabo but still choose to play somewhere else?

Not what he said. He said lack our values. Other schools value other things. Other schools don’t mind arrests, don’t care about grades, don’t care about life outside of football. Some do, some don’t. Some take it up a notch or five. If you value a football factory, Bama. Etc. each person has values, is up to them. As for leadership in life, hard to do better than Dabo.

For the most part yes. But Georgia is so close that anyone who would play there

It is called character and dedication to education, not just football. I know it is hard for some of you to believe but Clemson football players actually are students. Yes, athletes have an enormous academic advantage because of tutors but they still have to do the work and earn their grades. Our graduation results just tell the whole and it is a much better story than many schools have.
