Friend posted on CoachBook asking for Ts and Ps because her "mama had to make one of the toughest decisions in her life." That decision was whether or not to put down her 14 year old Yorkie that had started to have health problems. I love animals, and dogs especially, as much or probably more than the next guy but it has never been a difficult decision for me to put one down when it is obvious it is time. I will cry like a baby when I have to do it but it isn't a difficult decision. I guess this is the social media equivalent of point whoaring in the jounge, but it just seemed a bit...........uhh, superfluous?

14 year old dogs who are sick should be put down. Keeping that dog alive is more for the owner than the dog. Yeah, it sucks, but you gotta do it for the dog, not too hard of a decision.
If the dog was younger and there was a chance some treatment might fix the dog, then you have a hard decision to potentially make.

We did chemo on a 12 year old, but would never do it again.

docs tell you it will not cure them - cancer is coming back, it is not the same as the human chemo treatment.

when you lock them up in a kennel, the baby babies will let you hear about it more than the fur babies. Also the fur around the fur babies neck lessens the shock on the shock coller. Baby babies don't have that.
