South Carolina winning (as long as it isn't us) doesn't bother. I actually enjoy them thinking Beamer is the answer.

If they win, we look better when we beat them. If they loose, they suffer. Either way is a win for Clemson.

All three occupy the top spot of coaches all-time in their respective sports, IMO, and they're all three coaching at the same time the last two decades plus.

I think he's matured and grown into this type of coach.

I don't believe he began this way (family is Michigan State grads and they hated him and said he was a jerk). But I think he's developed and has always sought ways to grow as a coach and adjust as the game changes around him. I think most of our biggest concern is that Dabo won't do the latter.

Adaptability. How different are his teams now than 10-15 years ago? The man is not too proud to change. He's got a different OC every week, it seems like.
Belichick is the same way...not afraid in the least of innovation.

Bouncing around, dancing, using slang, all that stuff (no insult to coaches who are like that) doesn't mean he's not a player's coach. The players know who cares.

to the extreme Dabo does.
I think he treats them reasonably and doesn't pull any sneaky BS, but at the end of the day they're cogs in the wheel.
