Social media off for players?

Any word if the players are going silent this year or with NIL will social media always be the norm moving forward?

These guys were on Social Media last year (supposedly due to the Wuhan Virus) for the first time in several years and at times, it showed.

You have no way of knowing if social media had anything to do with their play on the field so perhaps stop reaching for facts which support your narrative.

I imagine we still CAN have rules about social media for the players, but likely that's not happening or not enforceable now.

After all, the NIL stuff is essentially their jobs (don't forget, Dabo himself had multiple jobs in college, which players haven't been able to do for decades until now).

That's not to mention the Branding, Licensing and Marketing building Clemson is building as a first-of-its-kind opportunity, but still, can't hurt.

It was always up to the players via a vote at the beginning of the season. As you said, that is done due to NIL.
