hmm..notice what has suddenly disappeared in NFL playoffs?

a certain something that a couple weeks ago in the regular season was keeping many players from playing and coaches from coaching. And now, *poof* it's not even mentioned any more. Banished from the sidelines and the Inactive Player reports.

Anybody find this quite the statistical oddity?

That's a really great stat.


There were 75 players on the Covid list in final week of the season (Jan 8, 14 days ago).
That was 32 teams, not 8. That's 2.5/team average.

2 weeks later, 0.0/team.
0.0 last week also.
Remarkable, don't you think?

95% of NFL players are vaccinated, so that loosens things up for the NFL as well.

Covid isn’t real. Everyone that ever had it or died from it was duped or even possibly in on the lie. Or maybe the NFL is putting financial feasibility over the formerly accepted protocols. Because things seem less deadly than they did before. It’s an ever changing target that’s been beaten to death by politicians and conspiracy theorists alike.

Things are changing daily. Hospital systems nationwide jumped to provide care with this most recent Covid scare. They jumped high this time. But it’s possible that they still remember when they didn’t jump high enough in 2020 and fell way short of what was needed.

Let’s don’t rewrite history 2 years later so we can say I told you so. And then when the next pandemic comes along, we’ll have blood on our hands for the fools we led to danger.
