but none of our coaches took any responsibility for this loss…..same old BS from our coaches passing the blame on to our players…..Shipley is what is right with this team even though he really has nothing to apologize for…..now our coaching staff needs to look in the frigging mirror if they really want to see who loss this game…..it sure is crap was not because of Will Shipley!

Ship was one of very few bright spots in this game - he doesn't owe anyone an apology but that he did so only makes me like him that much more and endears him to the entire fan base. He gets it. He leaves everything on the field every week. Can't say that for many others.

And now KJ Henry has apologizing for the team…..still crickets out of this coaching staff……these players are taking responsibility for this loss when they are not the ones getting paid hugh salaries exceeding 15 million a year like our coaches…..said alot for the character of our players taking responsibility even though most of them had nothing to do with this loss……coaches passing the blame on to the players when our coaching staff stunk it up the last 3 quarters also saids volumes about the character (or lack thereof)for our coaches…..not a good look for sure!

He has defended his decision to start DJ for 2 frigging years now when it was obvious to everyone he is to slow mentally and physically out there to be consistently effective out there…. Maybe 2 good series out of them and then the next 2 to 3 quarters totally terrible out there…..and our other # 1 QB recruit rides the pine…..if Cade is worse than DJ then things are definitely not getting any better anytime soon….but he never was given a fair shot no matter how bad DJ played out there…. So no that is Dabo’s pride leaving his butt out there and sure as crap has nothing to do with him taking responsibility for his actions…..if that were the case Cade would have started from Day 1 this season. All this BS about Cade not being ready well one thing we know for sure DJ is never going to be any faster or better than he was last season and that my friends is not good enough to get the job done!

Sorry Ship, Dabo isn’t loyal to you, the rest of the team, the fan base, or even the current student body. Nope, his loyalty is RESERVED for one player & one player ONLY……..& that, yes, of course, is DJU. ?

Dabo has NEVER shied away from taking responsibility for any loss, even if it wasn't truly the fault of coaching.

Really how many times has Dabo given DJ a chewing out, even a dirty look, not frigging one time in 2 years….he has babied his butt for 2 frigging years and refused to give anybody else a chance out there….he did this same crap with Watson and Lawrence refusing to start them from Day 1 it was obvious nobody on the team even came close to these two guys. But at least he made the change before it was too late. Last year he might not have had a better option to replace DJ (even though he deserved it many times) but this year he had another # 1 rated 5 star qb sitting on the bench the entire season….well Cade has much upside potential but DJ bottomed out along time ago and can’t be any faster, mentally tough, or up to the job out there. Cade can’t be feeling real good right now and I don’t blame him….riding the pine all year behind somebody as bad as DJ….and this is 100% on Dabo…..refusing to swallow his pride, admit he monked up, and make the frigging change!

We got a QB that cant throw a ball, we got Shipley that averages 12 yards a carry, Mafah averaging 7 yards a carry, and we don't ride them? Shipley should have had 25 carries and Mafah 15-20. I don't understand why they want just let Shipley carry the team. He is definitely willing and able. The stats don't lie.
