no matter what Michigan does. Puts Michigan and Cincinnati at 2/4 with a win and Cincy/ND at 2/4 with a Michigan loss

Georgia is still better than Cincy or ND.

but it's the argument Booger just made "to avoid a first round rematch" that doesn't sit well with me. If that's how the committee feels and they manipulate rankings to avoid the first round rematch, then the system is broken.

So why is it that if Michigan wins, Georgia is 3 and Cinci 4

but if Michigan loses Cinci then magically deserves to be ranked 2 ahead of Georgia at 3?
