to dissolve the GOR? The reason is simple: In N. Carolina, non-profits require a minimum of 50% of the voting membership to dissolve. ACC is chartered in N. Carolina and is a non-profit.

Technically we wouldn't be dissolving the GOR, we would be dissolving the organization itself thus nothing left to enforce a GOR, exit fee, or any other penalty. 75% of members would need to vote to kill the GOR. Only a simple majority is needed to kill the whole league itself.

Well, that is my legal opinion. Dissolve the organization and the GOR is non-enforceable. But yes, that's the gist of it.
