I don't think so. This course isn't great for him.
I would expect a Graeme McDowell, Zach Johnson, or Webb Simpson type of player to win next week.

The driver is the weakest club in Tiger's bag and he will barely have to use it at Merion. He will be able to hit mostly irons and some 3 and 5 woods off the tees all week long. When he does this, lookout. See: the 2013 Players and the 2006 British Open where he only hit driver once all week. He has regained his status as the best iron player on tour and he'll be able to put that on display this week. Golf is too fickle to predict who will win, but on a course where he doesn't have to hit many drivers, I can't imagine him not contending.
