One way the FBI can narrow the suspects would be to check cellphone tower “pings” in that area, if he made any calls prior. What about if you’re just carrying your phone? If location and gps are on?
It will be tough finding this guy with cctv in the area.

I agree. They have been irresponsible. That said, luckily they are starting to change slightly. It's not enough though.

He should not be that hard to find. He is a not very tall or even be a child. His shoes were not tied and had very baggy clothes.

So we just need to find a not very big person wearing baggy clothes and untied shoes in Los Angeles. We don't even know if the person is a male or female. I think a woman may be responsible. Anyway, we actually need the shooter to tell someone and for that person to want the 100k reward.
