do they pay for this semester and then get reimbursed once they can signin Feb or how does that work? can they all count back to last years class or how does that work ? thanks

there is only one signing day in football. They can sign financial agreement and as soon as they attend their first class, they are committed to that school. Once they attend class, their NCAA clock starts.

Once you move in on campus and start classes you no longer have to sign an LOI. An LOI is basically for show. The only form that matters is your financial aid forms. Any recruit that shows up on campus and starts school is officially in the "system"

They don't sign a loi so to speak they sign some sort of financial aid forms...in fact the robinson kid signed with us and fla so both schools could recruit him still

once he arrives at campus and takes his first class the other school can no longer recruit him.
