NIL has nothing to do with it. Players are bot under the guise of NIL.

It’s great for the recruits and teams with fan bases willing to play ball. Not great for Clemson.

Not that CU doesn’t want to play ball. Have a small alumni base. No oil money. No med school to churn out doctors No law school. Very small endowment in comparison to others Interested to see what a school like Stanford does in this climate. I’d like to see the Ivy League go all in on NIL with all their rich Alumni.

We don't need oil money.(The) Esso (Club) would love to sponsor somebody. We don't need Med schools .Clemson offers programs in sports medicine! Lawyers. How many just call all 9's or 2's do we need? And our endowments are probably better than you realize. And I don't think we need to concern our self with Yale or Harvard.

Sorry But if you don’t think we are going to need those things to compete you are fooling yourself. And Sports Medicine is not the same as a Med School. Better enjoy this year and maybe next. I hope you are correct though Just got to trust in The Dab to continue doing the most with less.

ESSO Club? LOL. Yeah, can't wait to see them drop a six figure deal on a 5 star.

One of the most incredible, ignorant mistakes ever in sports. It was totally obvious what was going to happen and the NCAA just turned a blind eye to it. Totally left it to each school to self regulate. Right! A few simple rules could have made this work, but they did nothing. It will be fixed, hopefully, but you can’t put the toothpaste back in the tube.

That’s the key in all this. It is the LAW in a lot of states. Nothing NCAA can do about that. And if anyone thinks a bunch of billionaires in Texas are gonna allow this to be walked back better think again
