So Superman has injured his shoulder.

"Stalwart universities—Harvard, Princeton, Yale—most certainly offer status. The Citadel offers character. "

More like he doesn't feel like practicing.

Aug 13, 2013, 10:25 AM

That dude has all the talent in the world, yet he takes games off and fakes injury to avoid practice.

Sounds like the perfect team captain to me.

This wouldn't be the first time.....

Aug 13, 2013, 12:01 PM

his work ethic, in the classroom and on the practice field, has been questioned.

There's no denying his talent but he seems to have a lazy streak in him as well.

Since he is clearly going pro after this season, it would not surprise me to see him completely abandon his academic responsibilities this semester.

Worst case scenario, he's ruled academically ineligible for $CU's bowl game but so what....he's already been to Tampa.

It wouldn't be the first time something like that has happened at $CU.

If he isn't careful it could impact his draft status. He does seem to have some nagging injury problems he deals with, and that could be come an excuse to down grade hime. See Daquan Bowers.

Garcia was too busy....

Aug 13, 2013, 12:16 PM

getting drunk, smoking three packs a day, and chasing jail bait to practice.

Probably right. I was referring more to the nagging injuries more than missing a few practices.

Hurst shuts him down in the opener. It would end the Heisman talk in August.
