The FBI investigation of Kavanaugh was pretty limited and was overseen by the White House and Senate Republicans. And no, we shouldn't just go down this path just because it happened back then. And I also didn't see why the FBI was involved unless there's some law/precedent.

democrat nominee. If the FBI starts another one of those long drawn out investigations Trump will perpetrate the exact same lowlife, scumbag, chickenchit, evil act which Obama did to him.
Either way the FBI should never investigate a POTUS nominee after nominees are chosen. There was a time when the intelligence services had more integrity than to do something which has the potential to alter the American voters' decision.
We need to restore that integrity to our FBI and other agencies.
I also have no respect for a woman, any woman on either side of the political isle who waits until a primary is hot and heavy to make a claim that one of the candidates fingerbanged her 25 years ago. I didn't respect Ford for waiting until Kavanaugh was in the national public's eye and I don't respect Reade.
I think both women are batchit crazy. Ford had four witnesses, three refused to participate in her scam and the other said she had never met Kavanaugh. Is anyone willing to tell me she didn't know that those people were going to out her?
Reade claimed her husband was the primary suspect in an FBI rape investigation not long ago, maybe two to three years. I learned that from Tucker Carlson's show last night. Imo, that puts her in the same category as Ford.
We need to stop this horsechit about what happened to METOO 25 years ago. Vengeance is a crippling emotion. When someone pulls some horsechit stunt like Ford or Reade they are infection all of us with their refried vengeance.

The victim filed a legal complaint with DC police. They dismissed it 2 weeks later. However all Ukraine-related files were turned over to the DOJ in November. Biden will not be the nominee anyway, but I hope he’s forced to answer for his role in Ukraine.
