It's clearly not something you would see in South Carolina. Too much mixing of stereotypes for around here. Whole thing looked Yankee-redneck, upstate NY/Ohio-ish to me. However, if I were to see that scene somewhere in SC, I would expect to possibly find it in Columbia, or more likely Myrtle Beach. Possibly Charleston too. Don't see that flying at all in Sparkle City though.
What do you know, the band is from Los Banos, California. I'm going to assume there's no ~ over the n.
