So KJ Henry would be considered a Clemson lock right?

I can’t imagine him going anywhere else.I also think we get Dixon, and Mays.To wrap signing day up,I say we have about 3 5*s sign, and a few 4*s like Dixon.

If there's debate as to whether or not he's a "lock"

then he's not a lock.

This. I wouldn't put it past the coots to pull that kind of crap with some sort of "announcement" Wednesday morning.

Well, it's not forbidden by the rules, so hey, it's their call to make. Hard to see a move like that being successful in the long run, since it undermines everybody's credibility - the dad's as a coach, the player's as his own man, and the USC football program's in general since they were desperate enough to offer incentives like that just to land a player - but hey, if they wanna do it, they have the right to.

We'll just mock them for it, and watch it all go wrong around them. You see the value they got with the Jake Bentley/Bobby Bentley combo...which is: not much. Nunez and McIlwain transferred out, not a single QB on the roster was good enough to get so much as one snap behind Bentley this year, and other than Dak Joyner - who will be switching positions sooner rather than later - USC hasn't even had a decent QB look their way the last two years because they know there's no point as long as the Bentleys are there. So it goes, when nepotism gets into the game.

Predicting "locks" is a dangerous thing to do. Can ruin a reputation hugely if wrong.

I hope they do it

and KJ signs with Clemson anyway.
