So I was pulled over by a Patrolman who tried to ticket me

for making a turn onto a Highway ramp that had been closed to left hand turns the day before.
I explained to him that even though it was clear that I did something against the law, he had no way to prove that I intended to break the law, and therefore should not press a charge..because that is how it works now.
I was ticketed anyway. Guess the law does not apply equally to all.

comitted a crime, which could easily be described as espionage, and then used their position of power and influence to get the charges dropped. Yessir, that is the worst day in history as far as I am concerned. Read the story about that sailor and tell me we are not in dire straights when the leaders at the top are above the law. Good Lord, read the report. She destroyed evidence! But, that has been the MO for the entire Obama administration. Destroy every bit of evidence you can, then plead the 5th on everything else. This is exactly the playbook Hillary used....to perfection.

Who was just spying for for this espionage? hat constitutes espionage? I think you're being a little dramatic. To me it sounds more like a candidate who was irresponsible and showed poor judgment and the FBI thought it wasn't worth prosecuting. I am sure if you thought harder you could come up with worse days for America. I would think of 9/11, Pearl Harbor, various battles in many different wars were blood baths, Trail of Tears, Dred Scott Decision, the Stock Market Crash in the late 1920's, W's invasion of Iraq, Vietnam, etc etc. Hillary not getting charged seems pretty minor in the scope of things. I think you just wanted her charged and you are realizing she will be the candidate and likely your next POTUS, which frustrates you.

emails. By doing that, all of her secrets were likely hacked by those countries. If I, a civilian, had hacked into Hillaries laptop, stolen her emails, and sold them to China...what do you think the odds are that I would be in Leavenworth if they caught me.
But, the tragedy today is that, guilty as she was, she got off scott free. No one, under the protection of this President has served a single day for any of the things they have done. IRS agents target consrvative groups....nothing happens. IRS agents destroy evidence of targeting conservative groups, nothing happens. The head of the IRS lies to congress, nothing happens. The new head of the IRS lies to congress, nothing happens. The NSA spies on civilians, nothing happens. The Secretary of State lies to congress about Benghazi, nothing happens.
Today was the icing on the cake. The FBI Director says she clearly committed crimes, but, since she didn't intend to do any harm, nothing happens.
Yet, the sailor........his poor ### is going to jail. Yessir, this is a bad day for anyone opposed the powers in charge, and if you cannot see that , God help us.
And you may not see it. I heard on the radio yesterday, that 60% of Democrats believe the shooting in Orlando was Domestic gun violence. Of course, Obama said the Ft. Hood shooting was work place violence.....and the minions went along with that bull #### evaluation too.

may be able to exert undue pressure on her in the future. All that aside, my biggest fear from her is that she appoint multiple, liberal Supreme Court judges, and then our future freedoms are all but gone. My next biggest fear, is that she is going to open the flood gates for muslims to come into this country. And, anyone who does not see that as a real threat is just , I don't know what, insane I guess.

Without knowing either case extensively enough, I would say the difference is intent, the info that was released, vs the info that might have been intercepted, if any. The FBI obviously saw absolutely no similarity. I don't see any similarity in the two cases.

intent. But, this entire thing is dirty. Bill meets with the AG in private and the FBI tells reporters,"No Pictures". Why would the FBI say that unless they were in on the deal. Today, Hillary says that the current AG will be offered the same position if she becomes President. Is than not a bribe?

As far as Bill, the optics are terrible, but we really have no clue what went on. He could have been schmoozing, but it may be a non factor. We have no idea. Moreover, the FBI decided the case and not the AG.

Jul 6, 2016, 1:13 PM

is that more people know what Kanye and Kim are doing than what Hillary has done. And it is not just the poor and uneducated. I saw a clip, where a guy walked up and asked two Berkeley students who Joe Biden is. Grad students. Do you know what they said? They said,"Uhhhhm, We feel like we ought to know that". I kid you not. Heck, many Americans don't even know who we won our independence from. They don't know what Pearl Harbor represents, so therefore , they are not infuriated when this President recently went to Japan and apologized for dropping the bomb on Hiroshima. A President who told the head of NASA, that his most important job was to get muslims more credit for us landing on the moon! Not kidding about that either. Look it up.
We crossed a major threshold yesterday and the people of this country better wake up and turn the tide, or our children and grandchildren will never live the lives we have enjoyed.

who might overturn Citizen's United? That's what the conservative court did, and you like it?
Just go ahead and tell us what you're really afraid of? Legal abortions, gay marriage, and anything else your religious views don't agree with?
You know they have a religious state in Saudi Arabia. You can't drink, women can't vote or drive, and you can get imprisoned for having sex out of wedlock. This is what is like when you have religious opinion dictate law.
The ISIS found people that were easy to convince into suicide bombing because they were poor and uneducated.
So let's make education impossible to afford and force the middle class into poverty in the US maybe that's what you're after.

Pacific Beach tiger: You said that ISIS found people who were willing to blow themselves up because they were uneducated and poor. I'm sorry to tell you this but you are absolutely incorrect and if you knew anything about the real;inion of Islam you would understand your error. They blow themselves up, behead people, kill innocent people, throw LGBT people off of buildings, subjugate women to sexual slavery and torture, etc.etc BECAUSE they have Sharia Law which dictates many of these things so that the perpetrators -=-- in this case ISIS--can amass enough "points" to satisfy their prophet's dictate to spread Islam all over the world (and slay infidels wherever and when ever possible) wi the end result that it becomes THE ONLY RELIGION in the world. For their actions, there are supposedly rewarded with a portion in what they refer to as Paradise. Get a few books on Islam and your eyes and ind will be opened and you will not believe what you read!!!!!

but when it didn't go your way you're going to regurgitate Fox News?
I hate Hillary, I really do. I think she's pretending to be for the middle class but is just a corporate shill like the rest. But this thing, eh. You're using it to disguise your partisan option let's face it. Bill, FDR, JFK, it doesn't matter you hate them all because they aren't conservatives.
There aren't many 1%'s on TNet I can imagine, but you're easily lead by them anyway. You think you might be one someday. Even my redneck aunt with barely a penny to her name and an 8th grade education is hopeful.
Trump just separated the crazies you fostered to get the Bush types elected. Perhaps there is no correlation between test scores, southern red states, and the easiness of all the religious brainwashing, but I think there is.

I used to like Bill but I saw a great documentary called Spin. Back in the day they used to broadcast TV over analog so anyone with a big satellite could pick it up even "off air". Well this guy had a huge satellite and recorded off air in-between breaks during interviews all all TV stations for years.
Bill and Larry King were talking "off air" about how Ted said Bill was a made man after his presidency. It killed me because I thought Bill was not a typical lying politician. You can watch it on youtube and hear people's own words, it's no conspiracy theory.
Bottom line is that they are all corrupt. There is an excellent book called, "All The President's Bankers" - read it!

an exact equal and opposite opinion? Cause it's working with me. You make him look like a complete fool. Way to sacrifice integrity for your middle of the road cause.
