The BOT told them to fix it and it still didn’t happen. I don’t care if it’s Furman or FSU or Eastside High School we are playing....there shouldn’t be massive parts of visible grass. They had a season and a year to fix it. What individual was directly responsible?

Uhh, I didn’t watch it on tv but most of the first half the hill was full from my seats. I think that’s pretty good for Furman.

If you don’t like it, maybe get out from behind your tv and go sit on the hill.

I thought the Hill looked much better too

My son was on it, with a couple of friends who camped out at 430AM to get seats on the hill.

That’s awesome!! Glad your son had fun. I don’t blame the students for this issue at all. They need to sell some general admission tickets along with students.

Well I was in my seat as I have been for years....and the upper left corner of the hill was empty as it has been for a long time. It use to be completely full when they allowed general admission. Know what you’re talking about before making statements. Only students are allowed on the hill. That’s part of the problem.

If what you saw is what we consider “full” now...then that proves my point. We’ll just settle for a subpar hill now.

What I noticed yesterday was that we played an FCS team on a holiday weekend. Let's see how the hill looks in October against the Pack.

Where way further from the team than use to be. A lot grass from the rug to the fans. Looked really odd.

I graduated a year ago and what I remember was people would pack in the bottom and that slightly flat area. Way too close in my opinion. Literally shoulder to shoulder and nuts to butts. Sorry if that offends people. Old company commander of mine used that phrase. Then when I couldn't get a good spot to sit on the hill I snuck over to the other sections and sat because no one is checking tickets at the seat. Now some times they will catch you sliding under the rope but most of the time they don't. So between everyone crowding at the bottom and moving to other sections the hill doesn't look full in top left corner.
