Block seating fix - easy

Give student organization blocks of seats in proportion to their membership relative to the student population as a whole. Paint their organization's name on the seats and take pictures during the game. Too many exposed seats = a reduction next year. Part of a pledge's job may then include showing up early and staying late to "cover the seat" for the upperclassmen if they want to come late or leave early. It would have to be general admission for this to work.
