Slow start for offense

Sep 30, 2019, 7:47 PM

One thing I think will immediately improve the offenses efficiency is Amari Rodgers really coming on again and taking the slot back. Watching Tamu and UNC games it's pretty clear no one was worried about Clemson attacking the middle of the field. UNC in particular kept blitzing right up the middle and playing safeties 2 deep. Doing this generated alot of 1v1 with lbs on rbs but it was leaving the vacated intermediate and short middle wide open. That also took Etienne out of the game running wise for the most part. After the bye if Amari or a TE steps up we will see pure domination again.
