...is so dumb. Of course, he works for Russia. You and your comrades seem to be attempting to place this at Trump's feet, however.
It's pure deflection.
The Russians didn't write/ send/ receive any of the emails revealed. The DNC did that.

His GF busted him with another girl sending him nekkid pics, and instead of apologizing and talking about those pics, he went on a rant about her invading his privacy on his phone.
Seems quite analogous to what's going on here.

sending nudes to his girlfriend in this case, right? Everyone knew the DNC wanted Hillary to win, so it's hard for me to understand why any of this stuff would surprise anybody. Bernie is barely even a Democrat, and the DNC wants to support Democrats who can win elections. They weren't looking to support Bernie any more than the RNC was looking to support Trump.
Here's another thing about privacy, though: sometimes we do and say things that wouldn't make sense to other people, or that would make us look bad to other people, but which should still entirely remain our business. They aren't breaking the law, and they aren't betraying anybody's trust in an important way. For instance, we wouldn't want every off-color joke we tell to broadcasted to everybody we know. Similarly, we wouldn't want everybody to see every email we've ever sent. And I think everybody's been in the situation with a significant other where they got mad at you over something fairly innocent/ harmless you were doing, or where you were bothered by something you knew about them that really had no relevance to your relationship.
So, on the one hand, if anything illegal or that actually proves the DNC fixed the primary is uncovered, then I guess the leak is at least partially justified. But right now a lot of what's blowing up is private communications between staffers that don't really amount to much of anything, and which are just being used to embarrass people. It's not a lot different than the who "gotcha" political culture where we distract ourselves from real problems with random rhetorical screw ups people on the other side make.

Imagine that the college football playoff server got hacked

during the end of the regular season.....
There were some emails revealed between top staffers saying "Is there any way we can put out some statements emphasizing that Clemson's strength of schedule wasn't as strong as Ohio State's? I know my SEC peeps would prefer a Big10 school to an ACC school"
Would you be as adamant that nothing was going on, and it was just business as usual?

If the DNC hacked the RNC it would be grounds for arrests.
But RUSSIA is meddling in our elections and is siding with an AMERICAN political party. This is about RUSSIA hacking AMERICA.
Trump's stance on Russia elevates these accusations.

If the committee's rules were more like the Democratic Party's nomination rules, everybody who was fans of all the teams would still get a vote. Even if the committee was putting something out about SOS, it would still be up to the voters to decide whether they cared.
The thing is, I don't have a huge problem with the parties using their power to get candidates that are more acceptable to the people active within the party. As long as they aren't committing fraud or disenfranchising people (although, they don't have to take a vote of all party members), they're still giving people a say in how the party's nominee gets picked. Of course, if the party uses their influence to get somebody nominated who isn't democratically popular with their party, then that candidate isn't very likely to win a democratic general election. That's why the parties have become more democratic. But a more powerful political party can also do more to prevent the takeover of the party by a demagogue, like... uh...

Bernie fans, who are natural conspiracy theorists, care about this because it gives them another reason to complain that things are rigged, and because they think it contributed to their guy losing.
Conservatives care about this because it's another thing to criticize Democrats and Hillary Clinton about. I'm not sure many of them really give a rats ### about whether Bernie got screwed, or whether what the DNC was doing was wrong. The DNC could probably have helped itself by eliminating super delegates, obviously.
Meanwhile, we have foreign hackers targeting one party and releasing things that make them look bad, but which don't really amount to much. They very easily could've targeted the RNC and probably found a whole lot more criticism of Trump and wondering what the RNC could do to prevent him from winning.
