This week, a young (maybe 25 or 26 year old) maintenance engineer started at our plant. One of the other senior maintenance engineers encouraged him to speak up in meetings because people look at him like some sort of consultant because he's new.
I piped up, "yea, you probably have 2-3 weeks TOPS before everybody realizes how stupid you are."
