Barrett Carter cashed in apparently. I'm sure this is old news but I was surprised.

Because Shipley has been a 5* since last year.

Shipley, like many others, did not get to play his senior season and has already said he will enroll at Clemson in the spring instead of trying to play his HS senior season in the spring.

The players shooting up the recruiting rankings are mostly the kids who got to play a season this fall.

The ones who weren't playing couldn't show their improvements and have dropped in the rankings almost across the board for all of them.

isn't a 5 star is because he was so poorly ranked that he JUST received his 4th star. They couldn't jump someone two stars cause that would make them look dumb right?


But yes, before the injury which was in the playoffs, Phil had a 5 star season playing against the toughtest teams in Georgia.

I've heard multiple accounts of his low rating being awful strange

and just two months ago Jeremiah Trotter jr. was #1 LB in the country 5 star. these guys are a freakin joke.

On 247's composite rankings, Carter has joined Shipley at the 5-star level.

Foreman will hopefully be our 3rd.
