reviewed since ref never threw a flag on that one and clemson had already moved on with the next play and ball was snapped...it's the one they said his knee was down.

#1, the rule should be changed to the NFL rule so that it doesn't matter if your knee is down or not if no defender contacts you, and #2, the ball was already snapped before the ref blew his whistle. All ACC refs are clowns and pathetic excuses. If you want a "pie" job, become a ref and no matter how bad you are, you can't lose your job!
