SI too early Top 25

Bama is number 1, we come in at 6. I'm sorry, but there's no way USC, Penn St, and LSU should be above us. Yes, we lose one of the greatest if not THE greatest player in College Football, and some of our studs, but the defense only loses one starter, and we got offensive players to reload.

Defense only loses 1 starter? Watkins, Boulware, Tankersley and Johnson off the top of my head. Not losing players like we have the last couple of years but still some spots to fill.

Didn't realize Johnson and Tankersley were seniors. Knew of Boulware, but forgot about Watkins. But the defense will be even better next year, no doubt

We have proven we can reload on the defensive side of the ball, at WR, OL, and tailbacks but Mr. Watson made it all work together.
No, we aren't going to 'next man up' that guy, but we have to do well enough that we get it done by committee if necessary.
