I am like Bubba Blue friend of Forrest Gump because I like them in so many ways and only dislike coconut shrimp. I would also be remiss to not mention it is also National Lupus day. I have had several friends who have and our still suffering through a tremendously debilitating disease. What is your favorite shrimp dish? Mine varies but Shrimp and grits makes me hungry right now!!!

I love shrimp in about every recipe except spicy; very favorite is still fried.

Beaufort stew (low country boil) and fried. Don't know why anyone would want to hide the taste of shrimp with coconut. Just my opinion.

My family is from Chas. and I have always heard it called Frogmore and never Beaufort stew. Is there a difference?
Have family in Beaufort as well.
