And what their employer has done to create a safe environment.
Also, going to very difficult when things open back to up to prove where you caught it due to up to 14 days of incubation.
Did you catch it at work, or our grocery shopping? Saying hi to a neighbor? Is your kid an asymptomatic carrier and gave it to you, etc.

agree, but here is the tricky part. If they choose not to come back under current conditions:
1) Do they still get unemployment?
2) If yes, for how long?

SIMPLY PUT, "NO". BUT IF THEY DO NOT RETURN TO WORK, THEN THEY SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO MAINTAIN THEIR EMPLOYMENT.
Should they be allowed to sue their employer if they contract Coronavirus at work?
SURE. BUT I DON'T THINK A JUDGE/JURY WOULD SIDE IN FAVOR OF THE PLANTIFF.

We should also limit liability exposure for businesses for spreading infections to employees or customers provided there is no gross negligence involved in their operation. It would be helpful for OSHA to provide information on where that line would be. States and municipalities, who offer business licensing, should be in a position to fine and/or remove such licenses for businesses that are acting in a reckless fashion.

Corporations fund campaigns. Congress is trying to pass a law now relieving businesses from liability if workers are forced to work, get sick and die.
