Followed a Mange link to the Louisville bored where they are claiming this is obvious pass interference. Is it? And if not, why not?

In accordance with ACC rules, if a receiver is covered by a Clemson defensive back then pass interference is always the end result.
At least, that's what I glean from watching football this year.

Not to me from what I see there. No advantage gained, did not run through receiver. Would like to see all of the play of the two involved.

It looks to me like the ball was tipped by Wilkins.

Even if it wasn't, it looks like the defender's left hand and body were legal. From the angle you can't see the defender's right hand, which is what would have determined the penalty.
But it looks to me that Wilkins got a finger on the ball and changed the spin of the ball.

Maybe they'd like to see all this missed holding calls on their oline. It balances out. We gifted them 5 turnovers. They need to shut their whining up.
