How could that have been prevented?

He served 4 years for punching someone and whipping her with a belt. 4 years seems sufficient to me for aggravated assault.


Smiley Martin has a criminal history dating back to 2013, including his most recent sentencing in 2018 to 10 years in prison for domestic violence and assault with great bodily injury. He was sentenced after he pushed his way into his girlfriend's home, punched her, dragged her from the residence by her hair and whipped her with a belt.

Probably became more violent/worse while in prison…ten years would have just delayed the inevitable.

It can be prevented in the future if the gubment would stop paralyzing the black community with continued dependence programs.

The only, ONLY, solution for crime, drugs, and violence in the black community and committed by blacks is for them to take ownership of their culture, re-wire it so education is important, and get better jobs with better income.

But, the TNet dems and rest of 'em will not allow such racist ideas that a culture change is required. Thus, blacks will remain dependent and keep killing each other, and the democrats will keep blaming republicans. So sad.
