So we know the scenario for if both today & tomorrow get rained out

But what if by dumb luck the ACC does get both semifinals in today (or enough for the games to be official), get a championship game set, then it washes out?

Do they still go w/ the scenario of highest seed w/ best record? Or do they maybe declare tourney co-champs & opt to give Wake the autobid as top RS team?

As much as we need the rain, hate that it decided to hit this weekend b/c this would've been a great set of semifinals & final to cap the tourney with given the parties involved.

I’m just worried more about how it will affect our pitching set up for the regionals if these games get delayed and roll in to say Monday.

Remaining seed gets the auto bid to the tourney if the championship game is washed out. They won’t extend it to another day because of the selection show and the NCAA tournament.

I wonder if Bakich is expecting a washout tomorrow and that’s why he’s pitching Grice today. Or is he maybe setting up his rotation for next weekend and plans to move Grice up from his normal Sunday slot.
