In other words, the US could EASILY provide services that the rest of the modern world provides its citizens if the rich didn't get around tax loopholes etc.

Now I'll sit and wait for the Stockholm syndrome conservatives to come in here and tell me how rich people paying the taxes they are suppose to pay is immoral and will bankrupt our country.

I don't think collecting what is legally owed is an issue for most people. What should be legally owed, is the question that is more related to 'fair share' (whatever the ---- that means).

The Top 1% pay 38.5% of ALL income taxes.

The Bottom 90% pay 29.9% of ALL income taxes.

The Bottom 44% pay roughly nothing. With Biden's child care credit, a large number will earn money from taxes.

So who is not paying their fair share?


At for your article, if they are doing something illegal, arrest them. Otherwise #### about "lost revenue." Technically 100% of every single worker person's paycheck is "lost revenue" according to .Gov.

It sounds like they will be investigating for tax fraud. Don't know why anyone wouldn't want to support that. I also wouldn't call that "loopholes". Everyone should want everyone to pay the taxes they legally owe.
