So, I spoke to a dude trimming my yard this AM; he had on the disgusting garnet, etc. He saw my tiger paw covered grills and said "You must be a Clemson fan." Brilliant! I acknowledged my love for the Tigers, and he proceeded to tell me how our Tigers were doomed to a bad year, while his ##### were generally acknowledged to be the class of the SEC East. This was all common knowledge! Asked if I knew anything about our football team! I encouraged him to finish the yard before the rains came, and smiled. I guess I've missed all the common knowledge out there!
Any thoughts?

I personally think it is great that some of them can actually talk and half way communicate with people of literacy. Apparently you brought out something in this 'biddie' that many of that breed do not possess. A point for you.

I try to be friendly to those less fortunate than myself! I got a kick out of his condescending attitude, but when I asked him a coupla questions about team members, he was clueless. Yep; a real fount of knowledge! His skewed paradigm of the football world really got me! At least he did a good job on the yard.
