each other so it will most likely play it's way out. So chill out about it.

These initial polls are meaningless. There are way too many games ahead to have a clear picture. I think the most likely team people fail to recognize is Mich St. They have the easiest path at least to win out. A 1 loss big 12 champion would also get the nod over a 2nd SEC team.

eat each other up. the problem is that they started out so high. Even with a loss they are not going to fall very far...

I think the 2nd SEC team that will get in that no one is talking about is Georgia. If they win title game, you can rest assured that the SEC West team with one loss that didn't get to title game will be in the final four.

all teams in the west will have at least 2 loses by yrs end Ole MIss Will lose this weekend against AUBURN / THEN UGA WILL BEAT AUBURN / And BAMMA beats AUBURN / MISS ST will LOSE to Ole Miss and BAMA / BAMA gets beat this week at LSU 8 teams in the SEC blow Mizz is ok they haven't played any one other than the 2 they lost so no quality wins there This should be a lesson for all conferences Play one meaningful game to open with then front load every ones sched with 3 patsies so you can get all your star players in the hiesman race and get your rankings up before you start conference play. If we had played georgia then 3 patsies then FSU I think you see a different out come. Would of rather had 3 tune ups than a bye before FSU.

This initial poll is not entirely meaningless because Ole Miss suffered no drop despite a loss to the #24 team. If Ole Miss is still top 4, then LSU should be top 10 after getting the win over the #4 team who remains the same... There's no balance in this committee's vote than any previous vote... The committee just recited the same old tired line... S... E... C...

the "committee" poll reads just like the ap pretty much..by not dropping ole miss out they set a bad precedent.lets say they win out then lose in the sec title game.will they still keep them in then move the sec east team that wins the championship in with them? i mean really how can you lose on staturday then be in the playoff come poll time tuesday..at the least they should have had oregon in over them
