uof7c was a fallback option for the $EC...

after other teams turned them down, and there is really no denying that.

When the $EC made the decision to extend an invitation to uof7c, the intent was to add an average to below average team that would be easy pickins for the leagues elite programs, and they pretty much got exactly what they wanted.
