This is my first year ordering. Luckily I was able to use Iptay Ya to get a discount on donation level and ticket price. I'm hoping for good seats as I have been a bit pampered through family and friends for the past 10+ years.

Seat assignments usual come out early august correct?

Seat Assignments come out around mid-July. Your tickets are mailed early August.

them online, log into your IPTAY account at clemsontigers.com. Under "Order History," click on "Full Season" and see the assignments. Interestingly, the "printed date" on mine was July 8 even though it wasn't announced until July 20. Our seats were probably assigned early in the process due to our donation level so my guess is they are just now starting for this year.

Last year, I had called on July 15th to ask if they were assigned yet and they said yes, but that they want to assign all seats before letting anyone know what they are. So that is consistent with the dates above and gives them wiggle room if they have to do any late shuffling of seat assignments (e.g. long time donor missed deadline due to health or other emergency, etc.)

Calling may not help this year

Last year they e-mailed our seat assignments for the first time, and they did it pretty much the same day I called up the office to see if they were ready. I believe their intent is to e-mail the assignments again this year to avoid/discourage the flood of phone calls. I'm going to try to hold out for the e-mail in the hopes they send them as soon as they're ready to go.

Your personal IPTAY rep might call you if you ask him/her to be your watchdog, but the IPTAY office itself probably will not call you. Stranger things have happened, however.
