it was just on the wyff news that he is missing and they are searching for him. Helicopters and dogs are being used.

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Bert Henderson, 60, officials said Monday night.
Henderson was reported missing Monday evening from his West Church Road home in Easley. According to clemsontigers.com, Henderson is associate athletic director of planned giving at Clemson, and his Clemson career began in 1978 as an athletic trainer.
Sheriff’s K-9 tracking teams are on scene, and Anderson County Technical Rescue is also assisting with the search.
Anyone with information regarding Henderson's whereabouts is asked to call local law enforcement agents at 9-1-1.

he's been struggling going home by himself and going to bball games because she loved going.
we saw him on sunday, seemed to be doing 'ok' but you obviously never know what someone is going through internally.

FWIW...WYFF just reported the coroner was on the scene but nothing has been said or confirmed-only that Greg Shore was there. Prayers.

Bert lost his beloved wife in Nov 2016. I hope Bert is OK. His family needs him, but I am sure it has been tough loosing his wife of 32 years. Prayers for Bert and his family.

I did not realize this. Thanks for sharing. This had to be especially hard time of year, holidays, Clemson winning the championship and all. Times like this you really miss the ones closest to you, and your family.
I know from personal experience I shed a tear thinking about my mom and dad and how much they would have enjoyed the national championship game. oftentimes the older you get, the more of the support group around you shrinks. Children grow up - move away. Too often the only support group one has is their church.
I will continue to pray for him and his family for a safe return.
