SCM Parking Questions

Anybody with an SCM know when the buses start to run before each game? I heard 2 hours prior but we like to tailgate with family located in Lot 5 so was hoping they would start running much earlier than 2 hours prior. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Go Tigers!
