That explains their much lower death rate than the US

their cases per million as a comparison is 17,512 vs 101,203 or 17.3 percent of US

it could be that they just have better hospital care in general though

That's something.

Viruses are difficult to treat, this is nothing new. Generally all that can be done is to treat the symptoms and wait for the immune system to fight the virus.
