It will happen this year. TE has been ready for a HC position. He should have taken the Tennessee job. Big money. Low expectations for a few years. Would have been perfect fit bringing in a new culture up there.

I keep thinking that USC might pick him. This season has hurt his stock but he is still a proven coach. If we turn out to be 10-2, it will be fine even with ho-hum offense.
