Definitely a higher risk of cancer due to the carcinogens produced when cooking meat, but if being a vegetarian means I live 5 more years I don't think it's worth it.

Because they don't learn which non meat foods have proteins and other essential nutrients. Vegans and vegetarians from other countries know how to do that diet and get protein and essential nutrients, mostly because it's a diet that has been followed for generations instead of jumping on a health fad. A lot of American Vegans have translucent skin, sagging skin, extremely frail and poor teeth; due to not getting essential proteins and nutrients
