Santa fat shaming kid

Dec 10, 2016, 7:58 AM

At first I was like 'how dare he do that!' but then I saw the kid, and I was like 'he's just trying to save that kid's life...'

Sad thing is he was wrong. Kid doesn't need to lay off the

burgers and fries. He just needs to put up the video games and go outside and PLAY. I ate junk my entire childhood and was skinny as a rail. I also played outside anywhere from 2-10 hours a day. On weekends I remember leaving my parents house to go out and play at sunrise and not coming home until dark. We played backyard football (full contact and no pads) rode bikes, skate boarded, built tree houses, you name it.

I never cared what I ate as a kid and neither did my parents really. No need. JUST PLAY. You develop social skills, and stay fit. I feel for kids today. It's sad watching them live like us fat adults.

Just my $0.02 worth. And no, the world is not a more violent and dangerous place. Violent crime was 3 times higher when I was a kid, outside, playing and having fun. It's parents overreacting to the news and social media, who are losing their entire perspective on the world, that's the problem with our kids these days.
