Ive been a clemson fan my whole life (40 years! - whew time flies) and Sammy is one of my favorites. Such a transcendent talent. I feel like once he got here and immediately started making game breaking plays his freshman year he really kicked the hype train up several notches and brought exposure that really solidified our recruiting not just in FL but all over the country. So ultimately I want wants best for him, and crazy as it sounds I'd like for him to be on one of my least favorite nfl teams next year, the Cowboys. Extremely talented roster, young rising star qb, and aging WR1 I think he'd blow up again and become that household name he was while he was at Clemson. I find myself pulling against all NFC east teams, but that division has the most exposure in the nfl and if he were putting up big numbers for the cowboys he would be right back in the limelight. And Sammy Watkins is still synonymous with Clemson football.
